Johana, Jose and his crew done amazing job.
Work quality; Jose made sure to communicate throughout the work and use his expertise when I was not sure what the best option was for replacing deck, organizing wires and repatching the nail holes. He also did extra work on door knobs and corners with cracks that wasn’t asked. I greatly appreciate the thorough works he did for the unit.
Responsiveness; Johana always updated me with the work progress, and where they are at. Whatever I brought up, the company made sure I get a quick turnaround. There was a bit miscommunication in terms of blind but Jose fixed it the next day. The team made sure every request made was successfully done.
Price; very reasonable. I’d say one of the most reasonable prices you can ever get in MA. I requested nail patch+painting (while unit Inc. ceiling)+loft removal+re-installation of items with loosen screws, and was surprised by the reasonable price quote the team asked for.
While the service was estimated to be done in 4 days, the requests were all completed in 3 days. I’d definitely reach out to the team again if I have any projects :) Greatly appreciate the team’s work on the unit.

I hired LA demolition and remodeling LLC for installing a new ceiling in my basement. With exposed insulation, hanging wires and numerous pipe fixtures, I was not really sure how well it would look like after finishing. To my surprise, it came out so well and all the credit goes to Johanna, Jose and their team for taking care of all the intricate details. They were working so untiringly, coming even on Saturdays and Sundays to accomplish the work. They are pleasant to work with and if one is looking for pricing, quality and value they are the one to go with.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at LA Demo and Remodeling. They had amazing communication, high quality work, fair pricing and finished the job faster than expected. Even better, the team was professional and cleaned up after the job so all I had to do was a quick dust and mop.
They took one large room and turned it into 2, adding a closest and built in book shelves. They were creative on how to make the most out of the space and matched existing trim, and wood work so it looked like there was always 2 rooms.
I would 100% higher them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Johana and her crew did a great job on my project. As these endeavors take shape there is always little and big things that arise. They navigated all the challenges with flexibility and know how. Came back and finished the punch list promptly, no hassle at all. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement projects large or small.
Fair price, hard workers and good old fashion ingenuity. A Good Bunch!

If I could give LA Demo 1 million stars I would! I recently had a contractor screw me out of a lot of money and left me with half a completed house. When I first reached out to LA Demo I was looking for a quote on just drywall work, and I ended up hiring them to finish everything in my house. They were very reasonable in their pricing, knowledgeable with the work that needed to be done, and worked fast to get my house back to a livable condition.
I’ve been living in a fully demolished house for a year and LA Demo came in and got my house back together in a month and I am truly grateful. If I ever need any other work done around my house I will always call them first!
