Orlando and his team completed a series of jobs for our condo association. This included: the repair of sections of rotten and damaged wood, replacing damaged vinyl siding, painting the front and sides of a 3 story-half house to match the other half, and scraping rust from the fire escape and then painting it. This work was done during the worst of COVID. He was incredibly flexible and patient and his work was excellent. As an example, after the front of the house had been painted, he returned to do additional work. He pointed out to me some sections where the paint had not dried well, and he redid those areas free of charge. We'll be arranging for his team to do some additional work inside shortly. I should note that the cost for his services was lower than other bids solicited, the work was completed on time, there were no cost overruns, and he was easy to work with. Highly recommend. Steve

Orlando and his team were amazing! We called a number of painters in this area and Orlando came out right away to give us a quote. He has been painting for over 10 years (the last 3 or so with his own company), and he takes pride in his work. The speed, quality, professionalism and price were all perfect. They scraped the wall paper of a two-level foyer in a few short hours (something my husband had struggled with for days). They came early and stayed late. The entire project of an upstairs and downstairs foyer, as well as a new master bath, was priced reasonably and took only a few days, start to finish. Orlando’s team was super fast and very respectful of my husband and I working from home and my daughter studying for finals. They were quiet and cleaned up so well that it seemed cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! I highly recommend Orlando and his company for any and all of your future interior and exterior painting projects. We are already talking about other rooms we’d like him to paint and hopefully this review won’t make it harder for us to hire him again. If everyone reading this books him, he will be too busy for us in the future! I’m so happy we found his company here on Thumbtack. Thanks, Orlando!
