Jeff called me immediately and seemed interested in the project, but then kept changing his arrival time to be about 5 hours later than planned. He showed up, started the project for about an hour, then told me he was tired and wanted to go home. He said he would come back and I asked him to come back at 10am the next day, then at 11am I asked if he was still coming and he said he took another job and couldn’t come until 3pm, which didn’t work for me. I asked him not to come back.
