We recently had our porch and deck completely redone by Goveias Construction, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first walkthrough, Junior was on time, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire project.
The crew showed up every day—on time—even in 90° heat, and their work ethic was outstanding. They went above and beyond expectations, not only rebuilding the porch and deck beautifully but also re-leveling a sinking second-floor bedroom, fixing and painting the resulting wall cracks, and even re-leveling the windows.
The price was very fair, and the quality of work exceeded what we were expecting. It’s rare these days to find contractors who combine skill, reliability, and integrity at this level.
