FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know you may be comparing a few quotes. Unlike other companies, our quotes include labor, materials, and supplies, as well as prep, cleanup, and top-quality work. That said, we do try our best to match prices. Let us know if you receive a similar proposal at a lower price and we'll see what we can do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know the personality of that client and we can try to get closer and be friendly and reach an agreement
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have courses in the area and train our teams. We also bring with us the experience of other large companies.
