Cris is amazing!! She truly takes her time to help you discover the littlest things you overlooked about yourself. She helped me set reasonable and reachable goals. She taught me so many techniques to help go through stressful and overwhelming situations that I use to this day. Highly recommend her!!!!

I'm so grateful for taking the first step and start working with Cris. She is kind, discrete and fun person to learn from it. It's being a wonderful journey learning about my own life with Cris' guidency. She's very mindful and responsible about our sessions. She's helping find my better version in each session and that is changing myself in a such practical and optimized way. I highly recommend her services. Working with Cris has been one of the best and definitely the most life changing experience of my life. Absolutely nothing I say will be enough to express how grateful I am for her life. When I found Cris, I felt like I was trapped in a deep, dark hole with no way out; Not a glimpse of light in site. Little did I know she would be that light at the end of the tunnel, guiding me out and helping me see a ME I never knew existed; A life I never knew existed. She listened to me when I could barely speak. She understood me when I didn’t even understand myself. I can’t say this enough times: Working with Cris has saved my life. Cris foi uma pessoa essencial na minha mudança pessoal. Graças ao trabalho dela consegui refletir e mudar varios aspectos da minha vida onde eu ja não tinha mais esperanças. Com as sessōes ela me mostrou como pequenas atitudes são suficientes para a melhora fisica e mental. O valor de tudo que aprendi durante as sessões não tem preço, pois são coisas que vou continuar a aplicar por toda a vida. Ja havia tentando sessões com outros profissionais porém todos seguiam um certo protocolo. Com a Cris isso foi algo que me chamou a atenção, Pois percebe-Se o amor dela pela profissao e em ajudar as pessoas, ela adaptou as sessões de acordo com minhas necesidades. Em momento algum me senti desconfortável ou julgado enquanto me consultei com ela. Hoje mesmo após o término das sessōes ela ainda tem o carinho de me mandar materials de ajuda quando ela vê algo que vá me agregar valor e que discutiamos durante as sessōes. Eu super recomendo o trabalho dessa excelente profissional.

Cris is a phenomenal clinician and person. She is a wonderful therapist and is compassionate about her work and her clients. She shone light in places that were dark to me. I will be forever grateful for the knowledge, compassion and strength she helped me discover in myself.
