Just hired Perez Bros for the first time. Hilario (and his team) is super reponsive. They did a thorough yard cleaning job around the house (we had a ton of leaves, debris, etc) and cut the height of the large evergreen shrubs with ease, per my request. They even fixed my back stair wood boards which had come out. All for a reasonable price. Workers were very nice. I would definitely hire them again and plan to tell my friends.
