The most important thing that I wish clients knew about professional photography is that it isn't just taking pictures. Anyone can take a picture, what a professional does is capture moments. There is a reason why a professional is able to deliver hundreds of these moments from a special event even though they may be a solo shooter. It comes from preparation, training, and experience of being in the right place at the right time and knowing what to look for. Its in these captured moments that the photographer is able to weave together the story of the whole event instead of just a random collection of snap shots.
