FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the investigation and the amount of research required. More extensive background investigations, identity verification, and scam-related cases are quoted individually. I provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins, so you'll know what to expect. There are no surprise fees, and additional research is discussed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a brief, confidential conversation to understand what information you're looking for and the purpose of your request. Once I determine the appropriate scope of the investigation, I'll explain the available services, pricing, and expected turnaround time. After we agree on the scope and complete a service agreement, I conduct the research using professional investigative databases, public records, and other appropriate resources. When the investigation is complete, I provide a clear summary of the findings and explain any relevant information or limitations. My goal is to make the process simple, professional, and discreet while providing reliable information you can use with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of professional investigative experience at the federal and state levels, along with a Massachusetts Private Investigator License (LP0938K). My investigative background has provided extensive experience in conducting research, analyzing information, reviewing records, verifying identities, and identifying inconsistencies. I apply this experience to personal background investigations, public records research, skip tracing, identity verification, and investigations involving potential scams and financial exploitation. Through Better Verify LLC, I combine my investigative experience with professional research tools and databases to provide accurate, confidential, and reliable investigative services.
