I have experience with furniture delivery from IKEA sometimes assemble and disassemble with Lugg on my own which i rented a truck or van for also occasional tenants moving help and Bellhop as a mover help. Both are moving company and help customer moved Totaling of 3 years together. Plus 3 years Angi Service and Task Rabbit. i would only assemble non mounted items and under 5'5ft cabinets
