They agreed to $220 for both the driveway and the sidewalk. Despite knowing how much it had snowed, he only completed the driveway and said the heavy snowfall was the reason for not doing the sidewalk. We all knew it snowed a lot. This was not communicated to me in advance. We had a clear agreement, and leaving the sidewalk unfinished without notice was very disappointing and unprofessional.
