Humberto was great - scheduled quickly, stayed in touch (as I was not home) and did a beautiful job cleaning up and mulching my yard after months of neglect over the winter. Did not receive estimate as promised. Stopped communicating. Update: The pro reached out, scheduled an appointment, and reviewed the scope of work needed. He apologized for the lack of communication and provided several reasons for not following through previously. He also requested that I update my review, which I agreed to do in good faith. However, I will not be providing a 5-star review at this time. I am willing to adjust it to 3 stars based on his effort to address the situation. His pricing is high for the work requested, but I hope he will provide a fair and reasonable estimate after carefully considering the scope of the project. I will provide another update if he is hired and the work is completed.
