I order windows and doors from them and it was a lot of aggravation and headache. They have no customer service and have every excuses for everything.. They said the window takes about 3 weeks to come in that didn't happen 8 weeks later I got the windows and ready to be installed and some was the wrong size and had to wait another 2 weeks for the reorder. The door was fast came in about 2 weeks but again came time to install the door was the wrong size and had to reorder and the work was not great either. You pay them for there service but you have to call them to check on your stuff they never once call us to give any update and when there is a problem they can never answer you the question that was being ask always beating around the bush or never own up to there mistake. After the doors was done I call for them to back out for a walk thru they say they are coming but never show up. I am very very unhappy with EBs and nor I would never ever recommend them to anyone else..

I stand corrected! I was concerned with the initial level of service. There was a little bit of a communication breakdown with the sales/customer service, but we are overall very pleased with our new windows and the installation. The men who came to install the windows were quick & efficient. Jimmy came by to check on the installation and he was a pleasure to talk to. The windows look gorgeous. I would highly recommend EB Windows and we look forward to using them again for future projects.

Icontracted EB window to come in and do my vinylsiding an installall new windows in my house including a large bow window in my living room.. They did a fantastic job and they used quality professional and took care of any concerns we had, while the project was going on. My husband and I would definitely use them again and recommend to my family and friends.
