Hello! My name is Hannah and I am a Yoga & Pilates instructor, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I believe that both yoga/mobility and resistance training are essential for a healthy & happy body (and a healthy, balanced diet of course). Whether you’re looking to become more flexible, work through an injury, lose weight, gain muscle, become more advanced in your yoga practice, or just live an overall healthier lifestyle, I would love to help you reach your goals! I teach both 1:1 sessions as well as small groups or events. I can travel to you, or I have a studio space in Lynn, MA that you can travel to that is equipped with everything needed for personal training, yoga, and Pilates sessions (1:1 or groups of 2 people).

I started working out with Hannah in August and it has been great. She is very knowledgeable about both Yoga & Fitness but is also an expert in nutrition. Her sessions are well thought out and she tailors the time for the best experience. For anyone considering hiring a personal trainer, Hannah is a must.

After a 6 year hiatus from my practice, I was looking for a daily yoga instructor to get me back into the swing of things. Initially, I had planned to try Hannah out for a week before committing; but after day 2 I knew there was no need to look further. Hannah is wonderful! Super chill, very accommodating, happy to modify the flow to my needs day-by-day. Hannah practices with me, so the pace is realistic, and she doesn't mind my obnoxiously large dogs getting all up in our business as we practice. I have some neighbors who join us as well, and they also very much enjoy her style. If you're looking for a kind, genuine, no-nonsense teacher who just practices good yoga, I'd highly recommend Hannah.
