Was looking for a cleaner to hire bi-weekly and they responded very quickly and came by the same day to give me a quote. The owner came to my house to provide a quote. I explained that my primary concern was the dust on the windowsills, since the house was small, empty, and the floors were already fairly clean. She confirmed that her team could take care of the windowsills. When the team finished the initial cleaning, I inspected the house and found that several windowsills had been missed. They cleaned those before leaving. However, after they were gone, I discovered that several more windowsills were still very dirty and had not been touched at all. I emailed the owner with photos, and she offered to come back for a touch-up. Nearly a month later (from May 29 to June 23), she returned with her husband. When I showed her the remaining dirty windowsills, she argued that cleaning windows was the responsibility of a different type of professional and was not included in their service, although they could help with it. I clarified that I was not asking them to clean the windows themselves—I was only referring to the windowsills, which had been my main concern from the beginning and had been specifically discussed during the estimate. To be fair, her husband did an excellent job on the windowsills that were cleaned. My disappointment is that several windowsills were left completely untouched. I left my review based on my honest experience. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one.

When you contacted us, we returned at no additional charge to help you. We cleaned again all the sills, did the two missed sills, and documented the completed work with photos afterward. Had you let us know you were still not completely satisfied, we would have gladly returned again. We always stand behind our work and are committed to making sure our customers are happy.
