The movers reached out proactively to update their ETA, which was exactly in the expected range. It really helped us stay on time since we had so many different things to do for the move that day. They handled our fragile and upholstered itsms with care, above and beyond what I’ve seen other movers do. They were extremely careful and adept at getting our couch down a narrow steep staircase with no damage. The job took much less time than expected because of their skill and efficiency.
