- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent, no surprises, ever. Each notarization is $25 per stamp, plus a $30 base travel fee and $2.45 per mile. Before every appointment, I send you a written confirmation with the exact total. What I quote is what you pay. For clients with ongoing or high-volume needs, law firms, title companies, healthcare facilities, and regular folks just trying to get stuff done, I'm happy to discuss preferred arrangements. The more you value your time, the better the value I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment you reach out, I make the process effortless. I confirm your appointment details and send you an exact written quote within five minutes of booking. When I'm on my way, I text you a live GPS tracking link so you can see precisely where I am and when I'll arrive. I come fully prepared, with everything needed to notarize, scan, and print onsite. My goal is that you feel taken care of from the first message to the last signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a career paralegal, a licensed Notary Public, and an ordained minister. My paralegal background is what truly sets me apart, I don't just stamp documents, I understand them. I review every document before signing begins to to make sure we have everything in place, so we don't miss anything that could cause costly delays down the line. I've worked in legal environments where precision isn't optional, and I bring that same standard to every appointment.
