The work done was to replace ridge with new shingles. They have been very thorough and was able to get it done in time by even working weekend. He was very reasonable with the price, and was very responsive to my text messages. Highly recommended for any of your roof work.

Chad was a lifesaver. My roof had animal damage and water leaked into my bathroom when it rained. Chad was very responsive and gave me thorough information about what happened. Communication was a breeze. He charged a very fair price and even threw in some extras. My experience was above and beyond and I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Schuman Construction. We hired Chad to replace a metal cover over our wood roof fascia. A small job, but one we couldn’t do ourselves. Chad gave us a good price and a date the following week. He communicated well and clearly his arrival time. He and his team performed the work in just about 40 minutes. Very happy with the results. I definitely will be working with Schuman Construction again.

I had a roof leak in my slate roof and Chad was very quick to respond to take a look at it. I have contracted several roofers to fix issues with my slate roof and Chad has been the best one out of all of them by far. He is the most informed, professional, provides the best quality work, and on top of it all has been the most reasonably priced that I have worked with. I highly recommend him and his crew.
