Mark provide me with an estimated for each project, which gave me an idea on how much labour would cost. He installed a completely brand new heat radiator & cover in less than 1.5 hours in the main bathroom that needed major replacing (fins were completely bent left to right, which Mark recommended). He also picked up all the supplies, which was very convenient.
He ran a little behind only because he had to visit two Home Depots since they didn't have a particular side for the radiator element, he communicated that to me beforehand. It was also no biggie to me since my 6 month old had just started her nap!
He also installed a new door closer in a matter of 15 mins.
5 stars quality of work, very personable, friendly and of course very handy!
I would recommend him without hesitation-you will not be disappointed!
