Our house was in need of a basement bathroom. We had talk to one other company to get the job done. However, what we found was, that some companies do not always include everything from the beginning. Mr. Levy Ramirez came out to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable he explained everything to us. I should also say, I am visually impaired, so he was very descriptive, and read to me all the steps we need to go over to complete the project. If I were to go with this company. He demonstrate me all the opportunities we can go with; explained in great detail what kind of work he would recommend and why. After going over everything, he gave me an estimate of what the job would cost. He also explained, that there might be some additional charges and he listed what they would before. I would definitely recommend GA to anyone who needs a renovation project. They are licensed bonded and insured.

Levy and his team remodeled our Master Bathroom and finished our baseman a little over 2 weeks ago. They did a wonderful job with the finishes and Levy was very receptive when changing things or requiring additional work. He is always available and his response time is adequate. They are a good team to work with.

Although I havent decided to use them yet, becasue I'm still considering what u want to do with my place, they were very responsive and friendly. Very thorough with their assessment and I'd feel comfortable using them for my renovation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes, regardless of the caliber of your home or business our proposal will be consistent. Its based off of a formula that accounts for both materials and the amount of time the project will take. More expensive materials and a more detailed scope of work will reflect the price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the ball rolling with a free in person estimate to get eyes on the project and have to opportunity to connect with the potential client. Once we have gone over the details of the scope we will get an itemized proposal put together so you can see where your money is going. After accepting, you are put on the schedule and will receive a confirmation phone call on a date before the project is launched. If a customer needs color consultation we are happy to help with the decision making process as well. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone who works in our Company goes thru OSHA safety training . Our roofing installers go through a training approved by Certainteed and GAF.
