I really don’t know where to start….i would recommend this company 1000000 times over an over again!! I had a different company come in to service my boiler and I ended up needing just a part but when they installed it I was told it would be a few other parts!! I felt like because I am a young mother an a women i was getting charged for EVERYTHING because they knew I had no idea what they were talking about. When I searched other HVAC places I saw this one so, I called Arctic Elements a spoke to Austin. He calmed me down I was so nervous I had no heat I have a new baby. He was able to explain what the previous tech did and how it could be fixed an It never felt like a money game like some companies! He was professional an the install was clean! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
