When I travel for work, having someone reliable and caring to look after my dogs, Mac and Cooper, gives me tremendous peace of mind.During their midday visits, the team not only lets my dogs out but also spends quality time playing with them and making sure they get the attention and exercise they need. I LOVE the after-visit reports with details of the visits and pictures! We had an excellent experience with this pet sitting service while we were away caring for our cat. They went above and beyond to make sure our cat was comfortable, well cared for, and loved the entire time.What really stood out was the communication. We received regular email updates, text messages, and app notifications with photos and details about each visit, which gave us incredible peace of mind. It was so reassuring knowing exactly how our cat was doing every day.The level of professionalism, reliability, and genuine care they showed was outstanding. Our cat can be a little particular with new people, but it was obvious he felt safe and comfortable with them. I recommend Stow Road Pet Sitters. Lori and her team are reliable, communicative, and caring. Our dog has attended daycare, gone on Adventure Walks, and recently completed a week boarding stay. The team worked with our dog to make sure she got slow and thoughtful introductions to the other dogs and felt comfortable in the space. During our trip, we received updates and pictures. We felt at ease leaving her there despite never having boarded her before. With the onboarding process, attending daycare prior, and doing an overnight trial, we knew she was in good hands. She had a blast and received great care and cuddles. We chose Stow Road Pet Sitters because we wanted a home environment feel, and thats exactly what was provided. In fact our dog would rate Loris couch as one of her most favorite spots!
