I had a great experience! She was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job with the deep clean. She was even able to come the very same day I reached out, which I really appreciated. My apartment looks and feels so much cleaner, and she was very thorough and paid attention to the details. Communication was easy, she arrived on time, and everything was left spotless. We hired Bernardi's Cleaning to clean an apartment after a tenant moved out and Ester did such a great job we hired her to clean another apartment the next day. She responded quickly, arrived on time with a lot of energy and great attitude, and she did a excellent job cleaning. We are very pleased and highly recommend! My husband's exact words: "whoever you had cleaning you need to keep forever."

Ester was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely attentive and took her time to make sure everything was spotless. You can tell she truly cares about the quality of her work and doesn’t rush through the job.
Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively using Google Translate, and she was always patient, professional, and understanding. She arrived on time, was very respectful, and did an amazing job cleaning our home.

I have no words to describe how wonderful my cleaning lady and her incredible team were. They went above and beyond in every way.
