The initial meeting and walkthrough were professional, and I appreciated that they clearly explained their expectations, including requesting advance notice for any scheduling changes. That kind of communication goes both ways, and it's something I value.
One of the improvements over my previous cleaning service is that they arrive on time. Reliability was an issue with the last company I used, so it's been nice to have a team that is prompt and dependable.
I also mentioned that my previous cleaners had accidentally dropped and/or broken a few items. So far, Norma has been very careful while cleaning, and I appreciate that. I hope that same level of care continues over time.
They've cleaned my home twice so far, and both visits have been efficient and thorough. It's still early, but my experience has been positive. The biggest thing I look for is consistency, and if they continue providing the same level of service, I'll be very happy.

When I walked into the house I was amazed at how beautiful it looks and it smells so nice. It looks just as clean and new as when we first bought it.
My daughter and husband were amazed that they were able to find all of the dog hairs hiding in every corner.
The best part is the customer service and kindness of Norma and Ryan. They left little gifts and folded the towels like a fancy hotel. I love that! They also cleaned an extra area as a treat and left a lovely note for us. I will recommend to everyone I know.
