It was my first time using this app and I needed someone to clean last-minute since we had a wedding event the weekend prior. Bea and Charlene were professional and kind and the rooms were getting well cleaned. However after they left, it was noticed in the family room that there were still many traces of food, hair, and dust on the ground. My family steered clear of the family room and any other places when it was being cleaned but when I inquired about the family room, the comment came back that they 'cleaned the family room more than once to make sure it stayed neat and tidy'. If it was more than once, then why would be there be hair and rice on the ground? It was noticed in many different spots in the family room and I think it was rushed.

I appreciate every client’s feedback, but I would like to clarify this situation. This customer contacted me last minute and asked for cleaning at 10am. Even with my full schedule, I rearranged my appointments to attend their home at 11am. The house was extremely dirty after a large event, and there were more than 8 people inside while we were working, which made it challenging to deliver the best results in certain areas. My team worked hard and professionally, and we even checked the family room more than once before leaving. I believe the review does not reflect the effort and accommodation provided. Professionalism and punctuality were recognized, but unfortunately the rating was unfair.

Ralyane did a great job cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment. She was on time, went about her work with little direction needed from me, and completed it all in a timely manner. The price was right and my apartment is spotless! Will definitely hire Ralyane again.
