We recently hired Trustbuilt to finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result! The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the space are fantastic, and the transformation exceeded our expectations. The main crew was respectful of our home, hardworking, and committed to getting the job done right.
The only minor bump along the way was with subcontractor scheduling and communication. There were a few instances where subs showed up unannounced on days we weren't prepared for workers, which caused some temporary logistical headaches.
That said, Raphael was receptive to our feedback, and the overall quality of the work speaks for itself. We love our new space, would gladly hire them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality renovation!

We had a great experience with TrustBuilt Construction on our basement renovation. Raphael and his team leveled the floor with self-leveling concrete, installed underlayment, vinyl flooring, and new baseboards, covered a support post, built a custom door under the stairs, replaced a door, painted the walls, trim, and ceiling, and installed cabinets. They also helped us choose the cabinets, which made the process much easier.

I hired TrustBuilt Construction to finish my basement and they did a fantastic job! The project was completed with a building permit and included framing of the walls and ceiling, insulation, drywall, new outlets and lighting, painting, installation of vinyl flooring and carpeting on the stairs. The process went smoothly and the team was a pleasure to work with. Raphael was easy to reach, very communicative and understood my needs. The crew was always on time, worked diligently and left the area neat at the end of each day.

They did an outstanding deep house cleaning of my mother’s home (600 sq. ft.). She was very prompt, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process.
