Can I give them 10 stars?? We had a bathtub and tub surround removed and a walk-in tile shower built in its place. First of all, I appreciated that Jon didn't balk at a smaller job. I can't tell you how many places won't even give you an estimate unless you're gutting an entire room. Jon came by within a day of my contact call, and he had great ideas. I am not good at envisioning things so his ideas and pictures were very helpful. Scheduling was great. He even worked around an unexpected visit by relatives in my home. The work was excellent. They came and went and worked away and we hardly knew they were in the house. At the end of each day, whether they were there for an hour or 5 hours, they cleaned their way out of the house and left everything in fantastic shape. Usually that area of a house is a small disaster while work is being done and until the job is finished. Not so with Top of the Ladder. That was huge for me. The finished job was all I had hoped for and more. Jon answered every question, explained every step of the process, addressed every concern and, again, cleaned everything as they exited the job and the house, down to washing my bathroom floor and the stairs. They did the demolition, the plumbing, the wallboard, the tiling. He referred us to Action Glass for the doors and was spot on with his recommendation for a job well done. AND his price was extremely reasonable. I honestly dreaded taking on this project, unsure about my ideas, the mess, would I like it, etc. I would definitely contact Top of the Ladder and Jon Lewis for any other projects we decide to tackle in our home. They are not only Top of the Ladder, they are top of the line in quality. I think it's important to say that I found Top of the Ladder through an ad. I did not know Jon or any of his workers. He's not a relative or a friend of a friend. My recommendation for this service is based purely on the work done in my home.

Jon was incredibly helpful, professional and skilled through out the two projects I needed done. In both the bathroom and kitchen remodel we needed to work together to lay out and design exactly what my wife and I wanted. He made great suggestions that really made all the difference. We are thrilled with the quality of the finished product! More, we are soo appreciative of his management of the projects. We've heard horor stories about projects gone wrong from friends who had done these kind of disruptive projects ... our experience was the extreme opposit! We couldnt have been more pleased with Jon's follow through at every stage!! I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend Jon and the Top of the Ladder team to any friends, family or anyone !!

We have done business with Jon Lewis at Top of the Ladder Home Services for 4-5 years.
Jon responds to phone calls promptly and provides written estimates with samples in a timely manner.
He is a polite, professional, honest businessman who has provided us with quality workmanship.
He has power washed and painted the entire outside of our house, trim, windows, railings and replaced shutters/glass slider door.
Inside work has been done in 1/2 bath laundry on fixtures and floor covering.
All the work done by his company has been excellent.

Working with Jon was a terrific experience. We are new to the area. I found Jon on Thumbtack. He was very helpful and responsive so it was easy to select Jon to do the work. We then had to coordinate Jon's piece with some other things happening. Jon was flexible, followed up when he needed to and did a great job. Highly recommend him
