Fabio is simply amazing! We always have a great experience working with him. When we met with Fabio our new house was under construction (at a standstill) and we needed to finish within a tight timeline (new baby on the way). Originally, we needed our new baseboards to finished being installed, existing door frames to be replaced and new stair balusters installed. The baseboards that were installed by the previous contractor were floating anywhere from 1-2 inches off the floor and the project stalled for months. It was a horrible experience. Fabio assured us he can do the finishing work we needed and fix the existing baseboards all within the completion deadline. He did just that! In fact, we added more to the project including new basement door, outdoor baseboard for the front entryway, securing kitchen cabinet trim, installing the bathroom vanity, and reconnecting the stove fireplace to the wall. The work is excellent quality and Fabio always has great ideas or willing to brainstorm with you. Since the completion of the initial project, Fabio has resurrected our deck and created (from scratch) our basement entry door. He’s become our go to Pro! Besides his workmanship, Fabio is so pleasant to work with and is always willing to help. He prides himself on paying attention to the details, clean finishings, and making his client happy. Also, Fabio and his team keeps the workspace clean at the end of each day. There have been so many contractors that leave a mess or are sloppy. We appreciate that Fabio stays in contact often updating us on his newest endeavors. We’ll be staying connected and hiring Fabio for our future projects especially when we renovate the kitchen (we have a fixer upper!). Please see the some of the before and after photos. Fabio was fantastic. He and his partner made these shelves from scratch. Seeing all of the hard work that went into these was impressive. We had to alter a few things from my original vision (we couldn't do floating shelves because we needed more support and had to stagger the vertical supports instead of placing them in a uniform vertical line) but sometimes these kinds of things just happen during projects. Overall, I'm really happy with how these came out. I think they look beautiful. Thank you again, Fabio!

Fabio and his team are excellent. They came in earlier than scheduled and helped coordinate parts of the job that were unforeseen - plumbing, for instance, quickly and efficiently. Fabio gives great advice and everyone on his team including his subs are kind and courteous and good at what they do. We’re hoping to get him back soon for a full bathroom Reno.

We originally reached out to Fabio to install already purchased/used cabinets and he ended up helping us conquer the remodel of a room into a kitchen.
Pros:
*Reasonably priced.
*Able to recognize possible problems and provide solution.
*Personable and knowledgeable
*Was willing to work around our small budget, full work schedule, and not friendly dog. (Which meant we compromised on what elements he could do and we would do (we are diy'ers)
Cons:
*Wish I was given more detailed invoices. (From what I understand he has gotten better about providing detailed invoices... Maybe because he saw I wanted/ appreciated one
* Wish he was on his phone less, glad he is getting busy but seems like he might need a secretary so he can focus on the job while on site
* Seemed to get impatient about the complexity and timeline that our project cost and subbed out the finishing touches of the project which resulted in less than great work
Use again: Absolutely! Even though I don't know if he will want to take on more projects with our quirky old house.
