The TPM team is responsive, easy to communicate with (by text) and flexible with their customers. So far three or four winter storms and they have promptly come by to plow the snow and clear the sidewalk. Great experience so far.

Working with Moghan was easy, he was very responsive when we reached out and put us on his schedule immediately. He let us know that he was at our rental property out of town, and sent a picture to show us that all the snow had been removed. We are happy with the service, and will continue to stay on with Moghan. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to others.

Moghan was exceptionally responsive and timely with his quote at the beginning of the project. Upon arrival, he went above and beyond and cleared more snow than I had evnhoped.
