Michael came to look at the work and give me am estimate and was prompt in scheduling the appointment. The real issue was contacting him to get some questions answered and scheduling for work. I was never able to reach him as most of the time the calls are being answered by his brother and at times he isn't interested in even saying that he will have Michael call back. It's as though he was not interested in the job (or any other job for that matter) as he was never available to answer the phone.
