I check few cleaners before and once I got in touch with United Family cleaning I noticed they were very responsive with my questions, they came to see my house first that was a plus for me and they were able to clean on the next day. They sent 2 ladies that were very nice and they were very good hardworking and left my house spotless, they organize my mess and put so much effort and time into cleaning. I highly recommend this company, and will use them biweekly Thank you very much.

We had a great experience with United Family Cleaning Services. They came out to provide us with a quote the same day that we requested it. The team kept us updated up until the time of our cleaning. The team did an excellent job cleaning our condo and were very responsive to our requests. We will be having them come to clean our house every other week.

It's base on the job and what the client request.
I recommend 1st time cleaning to be a deep cleaning to start.
That could be a little extra as we usually take a long time to get the job done at perfection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask them if I can see their home first for a estimate. I'm happy to travel to their home to meet them and get to know their preferences and thoughts how they want their homes to be clean and meet their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I start my own cleaning business I worked for 3 big companies for many years, they are well known in the area.
I learned a lot with them.
