Great experience from start to finish! FRS replaced the roof on my parents house in Chelmsford, MA. The sales person (Craig) was extremely knowledgeable, the crew was the same, as well as hard working and respectful and the back office very accommodating. In the end, we got exactly what they proposed, a quality job (flat rubber roof) for a fair price and on time. I will be using them again for my own home soon. Thanks everyone. Mark

FRS replaced my roof and two skylights. They were very professional and responsive. They even installed my roof earlier than it was first scheduled when they had an unexpected opening. Of course, they first checked with me. Unfortunately, the skylights arrived at the site were not the right size. They installed one of them (a larger size then needed) but couldn't install the other one since it was smaller than the opening. When I pointed out neither were the right size, they said they will correct it. Once they had the correct size skylights available, they installed them. They even did the inside trim, which they usually do not do. I applaud them for owning the mistake and correcting it promptly. The final product was high quality. I highly recommend them.

We have a no hassle policy with no back and forth. Also, no hidden fees or push for unnecessary extra work during the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a consultant to meet the customer and offer a free assessment usually giving a price and conditions for payment on the spot!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by Owens Corning and OSHA. Our team attends to a minumum of 90 hours per year (average) on technologies, procedures, materials and related topics
