Introduction: I was a dog walker for over ten years and a trainer for two. I also provided pet sitting services. Currently I have a full time job with weekends off. On weekends I'm always up north hiking, generally by myself. My two cats are about all I can personally handle for the time being but I really miss having dog companions, especially on hikes! I'm looking for a well trained, healthy dog to bring with me on hikes every once in awhile on a Saturday or Sunday. Generally it's about an 8 hour day depending on how many miles and how far I go. If you think your pup could handle it and would benefit from the mental and physical stimulation of a 10 mile hike in the great north woods please let me know! Thank you!

Megan instantly established a relationship with our cats. She is very good with animals, and people! It was nice to get progress reports and photos while we were away, and comforting to know that our furry friends were in such good hands.

Megan always has time for Riley and me. Whenever I have an issue I know I can call. She has helped teach my puppy wait and puppy zen and look at me. She lets me take walks with her and the other dogs she walks so I can socialize Riley. She is just excellent.

Megan is a dog whisperer!!! My husky Tanner first met Megan when I took him to puppy training when he was only a couple months old! She taught him all the basics sit lay down stay wait drop it etc! She instantly read him and his personality and he is now amazing much more calm very social with other dogs and great listener! She was so good that I asked her to continue his training and become his walker! She now comes to my home 3-4 times a week takes him out plays with him trains him and takes him on hours long adventures with other dogs and he loves it! She has even done some overnight stays for me :) When he sees her or even hears her name his ear perk up and his tail starts waging! He loves her and I love her for loving my pup as much as I do!!! Thanks for all your great work Megan!!

Animal Psychology based training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom has impacted my passion for everything related to animals my whole life. I grew up with 6 cats, 2 dogs and a guinea pig and took horse back riding lessons for years. It seems obvious I should work with animals as they are literally my favorite thing on Earth!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've had many dog walking clients throughout the years, a few wonderful kitties who required pet sitting services and I've also cared for goats and chickens.
