- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are mainly based on the product that is chosen! This can be the hardest part for not only us...but the customer as well...its important to choose a product that matches your style, as well as you budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's often difficult to quote flooring projects without having proper measurements of the area! We usually talk to the customer about what type of flooring they were interested in, and bring a variety of products in that range to choose from..once the customer has chosen their product, we can provide a price!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the flooring industry right out of high school, and through college! When I started...I worked making area rugs in a binding shop! From there I worked in a flooring warehouse and quickly moved to installations! I had seen all aspects of the flooring world before making the decision to do business for myself!
