They did a phenomenal job! I have a 10 month old and deep cleaning can be overwhelming for me sometimes, and they made my apartment feel brand new. I will for sure be having them come back :)

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - TRANSFORMED MY PROPERTY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!
Binda and Silmar are absolute professionals who turned what seemed like an impossible situation into a complete success story. My property had been severely mismanaged by a tenant, and I honestly didn't know where to start. From day one, Binda and her team demonstrated why they're the best in the business.
What sets them apart:
• Unmatched attention to detail - They caught things I never would have noticed
• Flexible and accommodating - Made adjustments for additional work seamlessly
• Outstanding communication - Kept me informed every step of the way
• Lightning-fast response time - Turned my urgent request into immediate action
• Dust-free guarantee - If you want a truly clean environment, look no further
The transformation was remarkable. What was once an unlivable space is now pristine and move-in ready. Their professionalism, work ethic, and genuine care for their clients is rare to find in today's market.
I cannot recommend Binda and Silmar highly enough. Anyone looking for top-tier property restoration / cleaning services should contact them immediately. Simply put - it doesn't get any better than this!
Thank you for going above and beyond! 🙏

I had an excellent experience with Binda L Painting and Cleaning. From the first contact to the final result, everything was handled with professionalism, organization, and great attention to detail.
The painting team did an outstanding job. They were punctual, respectful, and extremely careful with the house, protecting floors, furniture, and all areas before starting the work. The preparation was very well done, which made a huge difference in the final result. The walls, ceilings, trims, and details all look flawless, with clean lines and a very smooth finish.
You can clearly see that they use quality materials and know exactly what they’re doing. They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done properly. Any small touch-ups needed were handled immediately, and they only finished once everything looked perfect.
What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They truly care about delivering high-quality work and making sure the client is happy. On top of that, they are fully insured, very trustworthy, and have a great team.
I highly recommend Binda L Painting and Cleaning to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and top-quality painting services. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience with this cleaning company! From the very beginning, they were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The team came fully prepared and left my home spotless, fresh, and beautifully clean. I was so impressed that Ive decided to keep them for regular cleanings not just bi-weekly, but weekly! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning.
