We hired Benjamins Power Washing to clean 11 of our units at The Ridge at Braemoor Woods after reviewing quotes from a number of firms. The references we received from other clients were all excellent so we hired the firm. Within a few days we received when they would be out here to perform the work. When the team arrived - there were 3 crews do perform the work. They were all professional and completed the project within 6 hours. The job they did was excellent. I highly recommend this firm. We have 11 more units to do next year - we will hire Benjamins to provide the work!

Our house looks brand new, every neighbor came out to tell us how great it looks. Other homes near us asked who we had used after seeing the transformation. The guys were fantastic, worked hard, respectful and careful with our home, and super nice. Would 100% recommend.

My house has white siding and the north and west sides were covered with alga . There was also a small area behind a big bush (which has been removed) that suffered black fungus. Benjamin's washing crew did a fantastic job removing all the unwanted, restoring the siding to a pristine condition. They are very professional, responsive, and prompt. The price is very reasonable for the scale of the job and the outcome. Highly recommend.
