We hired Benjamins Power Washing to clean 11 of our units at The Ridge at Braemoor Woods after reviewing quotes from a number of firms. The references we received from other clients were all excellent so we hired the firm. Within a few days we received when they would be out here to perform the work. When the team arrived - there were 3 crews do perform the work. They were all professional and completed the project within 6 hours. The job they did was excellent. I highly recommend this firm. We have 11 more units to do next year - we will hire Benjamins to provide the work!

Our house looks brand new, every neighbor came out to tell us how great it looks. Other homes near us asked who we had used after seeing the transformation. The guys were fantastic, worked hard, respectful and careful with our home, and super nice. Would 100% recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size and condition of the project. Every quote is customized so you only pay for what you need, no hidden fees. We also offer bundled service discounts (e.g., house wash + gutters + windows) and seasonal specials. We focus on delivering premium results and long-term value, not just the lowest price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your needs and walk you through your options. Next, we provide a clear, written estimate with upfront pricing. On the day of service, our uniformed team arrives on time, fully prepared, and takes care to protect your property while delivering a professional, thorough cleaning. After the job, we do a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in exterior cleaning, power washing, roof washing, and gutter care. We follow EPA-compliant practices and use top-of-the-line equipment to achieve the best results safely. As one of the fastest-growing power washing companies in the country (ranked on the Inc. 5000 list), we’re committed to continuous training, safety, and delivering premium service on every job.
