What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is graded per each customers project.
During our initial visit we discuss with the homeowner the project in detail, materials to be used and all discounts that are available the time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to get on the same page as the customer from the beginning. We want all of our clients to feel comfortable sharing exactly what they are looking to achieve out of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Project Managers and installers are highly trained. They utilize the latest materials and technology to assure all installations are completed by set standards and guidelines.
