- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All new customers receive a 10% discount on their first booking with us. As each event is personalized based on your vision, number of people and services we provide, pricing is also personalized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have a phone call to discuss particulars surrounding their event. 2. Try to have a meet and greet with you. 3. We only require a down payment to hold your date so others cannot book during your event time. 4. Payment must be completed 24 hrs before your scheduled event. 5. We setup and complete your event well before your guest arrive. 6. We arrive 15 to 30min prior to your event ending but will not break down until guest leave.
