I also offer discounted recurring cleanings for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick conversation to understand the customer’s needs.
Then, I schedule an in-person or virtual walkthrough to provide an accurate quote.
Once the price is approved, I confirm the date, bring all professional supplies, and make sure the customer feels comfortable and informed every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
