I had a loud noise coming from my washer, it turned out to just be a piece of metal junk in the filter, easily solved. Vasili was with me for an hour as I ran the cycles and he observed. In the end because it was such a simple issue he told me he did "no work", so there was only the charge for coming out. That gives me the impression he takes pride in his work and does the right thing, so I will definitely have his number in mind for the next time there is a problem.
