- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to visit the property, which usually takes about a half hour. During that time I walk the property inside and out with the homeowner and/or realtor, and within 24 hours I provide a detailed quote outlining the staging work, and the associated cost. This initial visit and quote are complimentary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Accredited Staging Professional ASP®.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with realtors, homeowners, and retirement communities, and stage properties that are vacant or occupied. I also offer a $250 Consultation service, for homeowners who wish to stage a property themselves. During the Consultation, I walk through the property with the homeowner and offer guidance on paint color selection, furniture placement, decluttering, etc.
