- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local moves are typically billed hourly based on the amount of movers, trucks and equipment needed. Long distance moves are generally billed at a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct estimates over the phone, virtually (facetime or skype) or in person at the clients residence. Larger moves typically require an in-home estimate (free of charge).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Teams are AMSA (American Moving & Storage Association) Certified. We also conduct our own training program, both initially with new hires and ongoing continuing education with our moving teams.
