Well my experience with this contractor was very short, after we spoke over the phone and set an appointment, she simple didn't show up and didn't call that she will not come in, just simple waste my time when I was waiting for her.
If you have an offer from her, you might want to reconsider it, this time, she didn't come in on initial meeting, so that was no money involved but how about if you hire her and she will not come in ?
I would stay away.

I am sorry you feel that way Jared, but let me reassure you if I did take a job from anyone, a contract would be in place and my schedule would be given to that client. A long with a scheduled start and finish date.I have a lot of integrity being so I am a Marine. I was going to give you a call today to figure out another time that better works for you but I hope you get a good contractor to help you with your deck. I apologies again for not having the time to call you.
