- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price reflects quality of job, attention to details and prime materials. Also, job site is cleaned every day after work to minimize dust on other areas. We spend great deal of time covering furniture, fixtures, removing plates, even doors if necessary, covering floors to protect against drips. Prep works is done diligently, caulking, sanding, making sure surface is even and properly done to receive paint. Paint job is done to perfection without drifts and strikes on walls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first set an appointment to meet personally to take a look at the scope of work and hear clients requests. After we will send a written quote to client email, to move forward client must approve quote and we will set the work on the schedule.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Looking for reviews will tell about what their clients are saying, this will show you a great deal if they are professional or just doing a side job. Also, insurances and certifications will play a great role in regards of price competition. You want to make sure the painters wont have any accident at your home and you also want to make sure you are covered in case of any of that.
