FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 is the typical hourly rate for most trainers of my experience, and I would do it for less if I didn't have to drive from Peabody to train you, plus this app takes 25%. I will give you as long as you can go, forget the 1 hour limit. Every workout will be until you tap out, which makes this rate an amazing deal. And I will train with you, instead of stand by and say 5 more while I sip my latte. I'm ready if you are. ********** I will drive you to, we can meet in the middle, but i'm too far away for you to drive to me. You pay me, I'll travel. We can go to your gym, or any planet fitness on me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake, Measure current performance, design training plan, execute plan
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Personal Trainer, Fitness Trainer, and Martial Arts Instructor. I am a Nutrition Coach also. I owned my own gym that was forced closed by the state during COVID, and we were not one of the lucky ones; so now I train remotely. 75% of the clients I had from my gym are still training with me. The other 25% don't train at all and at once were also loyal post covid. I can perform to whatever goals you may have. All my methods come with not only a Master's degree level education, but experience, and self-experimentation. I've lost 100+lbs in 1 yr twice in my life. I studied how to do it without having loose skin and it worked. I've helped dozens do the same thing, overcome type 2 diabetes, and have a strong healthy happy body and mind by the end. My certifications are: Certified Personal Trainer Certified Group Fitness Trainer Certified CPR/AED/First Aid Strength and Conditioning Nutrition Coach
