My name is Immacula Desir, I decide to open Hannah's cleaning, just to make.it easy on everyone's lives. especially the busy ones with children. I myself is a very busy person, with two beautiful little girls. Trying to get my BS on human resources management. She did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my mother's entire apartment. She called me beforehand to ask if there was anything in particular that I wanted done for the cleaning and she went above and beyond. I'm so thankful we we lucky enough to get her. We will definitely be using her in the future. Thank you!!!

Where do I start….. I had lived at the property for over 16 years. I have been sick for over a year and wasn’t able to clean like I use to. I found a different place so I was moving out of this property and obviously I had to give the apartment back to my landlord. Of course I wanted to give it back as clean as possible. I hired Hannah’s cleaning again because she had done a deep clean for my new place and she did a great job!! At my old place she took her time and she spent 8 hours cleaning walls, baseboards, doors, bathrooms, all the bedrooms, kitchen and the stove. She left that place spotless! She was suppose to be at a funeral that day… but she is so committed to her job that she stayed all day to make sure the job was done correctly. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!! Thank you so much!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!😁

Arrived a little late but informed she would be 12 minutes late and she arrived at that new time. Did an excellent job with clearing the area of trash and then cleaning the floors. Didn't quite get all the clothes put away which is understandable due to the mess she was cleaning. I look forward to hiring her again.

I loved our one time deep clean! Hannah's is top notch. You get what you pay for. My house is so nice! Moved furniture, really cleaned deep, and very pleasant. Highly recommended. I'm a Nurse and picky about clean, btw.

Hannah and her associate showed up on time, they were professional and the nicest people. They listened to my concerns and made sure that everything was done as I asked. I give them a 10!!!!! I have already told her that I will be using their services again. Thanks to them my family enjoy a Clean house.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process I will greed them, present myself to them. because most of them think my name is Hannah's. which is my youngest daughter name. I will also ask them, how they will to do the job for how, and what they'll like me to do the job for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work as a housekeeper, also as a HHA and CNA that makes me to really pay attentions to details.
