We hired Rossi last minute to clean our house for a dinner party. Rossi replied promptly to messages through thumbtack. She was a few minutes early arriving. One of the things that made me choose Rossi over other offers is that she promised to take her time, not rush, and do a thorough job.
She did not lie.
Our house looked AH.MAZE.ING! She had her husband with her because it was a Saturday and they spent 4 hours getting every nook and cranny! They cleaned our dusty, gross radiators!!!!! My husband and I were shocked. And, so very pleasantly surprised!! I imagine the next time we have Rossi back it won't take as long as our radiators are in good shape. However I am confident that Rossi will take the time the job requires regardless.
Can't wait to be able to fit a monthly cleaning in our budget again!!

Rossi did a great job cleaning our house!!!! She was very thorough and left the house spotless. She was also respectful, very friendly, nice and accommodating.We plan to have her return on a regular basics. I highly recommend her for her level of detail and excellence.
