I scheduled a appointment with this gentlemen to come look at some interior painting that I had to be done. Scheduled a time and date with him. Verified the time. He never showed to give me my estimate. I waited around, no call no show. I would not do business with them. Very unprofessional way to handle business.

I apologize that you had a bad experience. I got in a car accident because someone hit my car. I had to file a police report and was on my way to finish up another job before yours. By the time I got that job done I completely forgot to call you. I called several times after to apologize but was unable to reach you. I apologize for this and wish there would of been some other way to prevent this.

A little less than satisfactory. This guy expected to show up at 9:30 PM with only an hours notice and had no one to help him move a large couch! What was the $80 for? Got stuck in a bind, so had no other options. I guess the positive is that he was able to come on short notice, but I would not use this guy again.

Hi Bryan, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. The job I was on before coming to see you ran a bit late, so I was unable to get there earlier. I am sorry that you feel you were overcharged, but there was a disposal fee for the couch as well as travel expenses because I traveled 50 miles each way to get to you. Again, I am sorry, but I hope that we can find a way to fix this.

JD King is extremely professional, courteous and thorough. I had just moved in and he cleaned my entire house. It needed a lot of TLC and he spent 7 hrs cleaning. He did an excellent job. He truly cleans from floor to ceiling and even does windows. He brings his own supplies. He now cleans for me biweekly. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning homes can be tedious work it is complicated so every time I give a quote its a guessing game until I get to the residence. Mostly I go by the sq. ft. but then you have the different degrees of dirty to figure in as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep track of the Market.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Best Friends Dad taught us at 14 yrs old and I've been doing it ever since.
