If I could check all 5 boxes, I would. I hired Dante to film my May 2020 wedding after a referral from my hairdresser who is using him next year. After speaking with him and viewing his work, it was a clear, easy decision. Unfortunately, our big celebration had to be postponed due to COVID, but Dante was so easy to work with when discussing rescheduling. He is already scheduled for another event on the new date, but working diligently to find someone to do the video. We still had a small event planned with only family on our original date, and Dante offered to video that for us. He came on that day with a partner, early, and communicated well before that. He was extremely respectful of my wishes for distance and wearing a mask and he had no problem doing that! He did both video and photography for us, which we are so grateful to have those. The pictures came out great, friends and family who couldn't be there loved them. We got a video last night of the day, and it was amazing. Messages to each other, snippets of advice and stories about us from our parents, and our whole ceremony with great attention to detail. Dante is laid back, easy to talk to, and makes a great product. He is well worth the investment, and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Gotta say, Dante and his team hit it out of the park for us! I received 5 quotes, but this being my first time hiring a video production team, and never having used Thumbtack before, I had a lot of questions. Four of the companies who submitted quotes became less and less responsive - not Dante. He responded quickly, thoroughly, with enthusiasm each and every time. Dante was the most expensive, but worth every penny. Not kidding. He had a team of 5 onsite at 5:45am in Boston on a weekend, and when the helicopter rig we were filming was cancelled due to high wind and had to be rescheduled for Sunday, Dante was able to get everyone on the team there again. Trust me, getting up at 4am is harder on the second day! Professional, talented, enthusiastic - each and every team member. We had a lot on our minds during the shoot, Dante just got it done, interviewed people when we hadn't even thought of doing that, took the ball and ran with it. Then, on Monday he sent us a draft video done to review! Dante worked through 6-7 revisions with me, and thanked ME for the continued feedback … the final product is terrific - just what we had hoped for - and we know he is on board for any additional versions or edits we need over the next couple of months. Dante is hard working, creative and just an all round nice guy. I recommend him without reservation.

Once we spoke with and hired Dante, we knew we were in good hands. Our day was 1.15.22. Dante and his team were hands down some of the best professionals we've worked with. My now husband and I didn't have to worry about thing because Dante knew exactly what to capture and where/how to capture it. Dante came in clutch! From the get-go he was super personable, helpful, and willing to be super flexible. Hired him to capture my proposal in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He drove from Boston for the surprise and was flexible up to the very last minute in terms of pulling things off. Couldn’t have done it without him, he helped coordinate and execute the perfect proposal. Going above and beyond the call of duty, he actually decided to film the proposal and throw together a video that we will now have to remember the event for the rest of our lives. Wouldn’t hire just anybody to capture special moments, especially with something as tricky as a surprise proposal! Dante is your guy.

I always make price adjustments for anyone that pays 100% upfront!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing would be securing a deposit. Second is the most important stage, pre-production. We schedule a time to meet in person or over the phone and we map out every detail. I like to create a clear outline before we start filming or working on images.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished my bachelors degree in Global Studies and Philosophy at the age of 20 and since then, I've documented culture all over America. I've photographed and interviewed people in 48 of 50 states. This journey has taught me more about my work then any formal classroom.
