After reaching out to another plumber (who never responded), I received a message from Silva’s to which I replied. In less than 24 hours the job was complete. I needed two J-Traps replaced in two different sinks.
The day we spoke, Matheus asked for pictures to make sure he had the correct parts. The next morning, he showed up nice and early, as promised. The job was completed within a few hours, and he took the time to show me, making sure that both sinks drained and there were no leaks.
Everything was cleaned up nicely and working properly. I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Matheus and would definitely reach out to him again, and highly recommend him. Thank you!!!
